Improved accept invitation signup dialog

New users invited by their colleagues will see an improved signup form. The new form shows the name of the workspace owner who sent the invitation and only requires new users to fill in their name.

Once they enter the name, they can select signup method. For email signup, the email address will be prefilled and should not be modified to make sure the new user joins the correct workspace.
