Test details page reorg
We've made a few changes to the test details page to make it easier to use.
Run History Tab
The run history information (which used to be under the "Current" tab) is now found under the new "Run history" tab. You can see more runs on the screen and we have removed redundant columns from the table.

Minor changes
The last updated information for the test as a whole is now located under the test name at the top of the screen. Any change to a test's steps or metadata (such as labels or name) is reflected here.
When and by whom the test was last edited in any way
The last updated information for just a test's steps is shown in the steps section of the "Details" tab. Any change made to the test's steps in the trainer (or quick edit) is reflected here.
