View & export failure category information in additional places

Failure categories assigned to failing test runs are now visible in even more areas within mabl. View and expand any plan run to see any categorized failures, in addition to the existing results page, main dashboard, and new release coverage page.

The PDF export of a test output, available from any test output page, now also includes the failure category directly under the failed status.
