Unified Runner for Firefox out for General Availability

Running mabl tests against the Firefox on the Unified Runner is now generally available to all customers and trial users! Compared to Firefox tests executed on the Legacy Runner, tests run on Firefox Unified enjoy the following benefits:

Chrome and Edge v110 available

After extensive validation testing the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers have been upgraded to v110.
Chrome and Edge browser will run on v110 as the default version used by mabl's cloud test runs.

Reporting API General Availability

We are excited to share the mabl Reporting API is now generally available to all users. This API allows users to programmatically export test results and test artifacts to an external reporting tool or database for analysis.

Save results of CSS / XPath custom finds to a variable

Mabl now supports targeting a specific element using CSS or XPath and storing a property of the target element in a variable! For example, you can target an element using CSS or XPath and store its innerText in a variable.

Right-click support

Mabl now supports recording and replaying right click interactions! This capability allows for testing customer journeys that are accessible only by interacting with a custom context menu.

Retiring the Chrome Legacy Runner

As of February 1, 2023, the Legacy Runner for Chrome has been formally retired. All test executions for Chrome will occur on the Unified Runner. Any existing plans that use Chrome Legacy have been automatically migrated to Chrome Unified.
